      Character:

      Colourless clear foliated glass or float sand crystalline powder, with good hygroscopicity.

      Uses:

       It is used as modifying agent of quality, regulator of PH value, chelate agent, binder and swelling agent in food industry. It could be used to stabilize the natural pigment in beans, fruit vegetables cans and sweetened bean paste to protect the food’s color. It is also used as emulsifier in canned meat and as water softener.

      Packing:

      It is packed with polythene bag as the inner layer, and a compound paper-plastic woven bag as the outer layer. The net weight of each bag is 25kg.

      Storage & Transportation:

      It should be stored in a dry and ventilative warehouse, kept away from water and moisture. Unload with care as to avoid being damaged. Furthermore, it must be stored separately from poisonous substances.
